Submission
Submission Method
Electronic Submission System (.pdf)Template
Papers should be
prepared in English and carefully checked for correct
grammar. Figures should be of high quality. To ensure
high scientific quality, all papers will be reviewed by
the Scientific Committee Members. All papers must be
submitted in electronic form using the web site of the
conference. Once the reviewing process is complete, the
contact author of each paper will be notified of the
result by e-mail. The authors are required to follow the
reviews in order to improve their paper before their
final submission. Authors are requested to submit papers
reporting original research results and experience.
Papers should be prepared using the following template:
1. Full paper (8-14 pages): One regular registration can cover a
paper within 14 pages, including all figures, tables, and
references for one main author of the paper. More than
14 pages, you need to pay 30 USD per page.

how a proceedings paper should be structured, how
elements (headings, figures, references) should be
formatted using predefined styles, etc. It also gives
some insight on how a paper will be typeset at Springer.

templates, for LaTeX or for MS Word, for the preparation
of your papers:

ORCIDs in their papers.
3. Please make sure also that your paper contains
no page numbers. This information will be added by the
conference publication team.

equations are editable, and not pasted in as figures, in
case your paper needs to be reformatted or corrections
made.
2. Abstract
