Welcome to BIOTC 2023!

2023 5th Blockchain and Internet of Things Conference (BIOTC 2023) aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professionals from the industry, academia and government to discourse on research and development, professional practice in Blockchain and Internet of Thing. BIOTC 2023  will be held in Osaka, Japan during July 21-23, 2023.  Welcome scholars and researchers working in the field of  Blockchain and Internet of Things from all over the world to attend the conference and share your experiences and lessons with other enthusiasts, and develop opportunities for cooperation.

Paper Publication

The authors can choose one of the following ways for publishing of your papers, Please conform to the correct format when preparing your papers.

Publication in Proceedings

All peer reviewed and accepted papers, after presentation, will be published into the ACM International Conference Proceedings (ISBN: 979-8-4007-0821-3), which will be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus, and to be submitted and reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI).

Review process

There will be two rounds review process by our Technical Committee. First round is to confirm the submission whether meets the quality requirement and conference theme. In second round, at least 2-3 experts of related research field will give the professional assessment and comment to the submission after peer review process.

About Osaka, Japan!

Osaka is a designated city in the Kansai region of Honshu in Japan.
